This is my favorite car and below is my home office. I use it when I work at home and shoot most of my TikTok content here from three vantage points as shown below. I share the car because I love it and it is very much “me”.

I am considering reupholstering the black pull up chair in orange (below). I think I want to hang this pair of paintings (blue - green) side by side by the end of the desk but not so that they are visible in the view when shooting to the pull up chair. I also want to change the lamp to something that still give me light at the desk but with perhaps a black shade and a really interesting base. The Alien will always sit on the my desk. So the questions are:

  1. Are these paintings right? if not, what would be a good alternative. The photo below was my home office in our last house.

  2. Is the bookcase insane? I am going to have it replaced with a nice built in but, not till I can board the birds for a week to keep them safe from the fumes. Plus our son’s tuition payment just hit and I don’t want to spend 7K on cabinetry till this fall.

  3. What sort of lamp would be a good candidate.? Should I consider two? One at each end of the desk?
