  • Compile of list of spaces/rooms you would like in your new home.  If Rooms are to be combined (Kitchen/Dining/Family for instance) please indicate.

  • Explain the function/contents of each space.  For instance “In the Primary Bedroom, I want a king sized bed, two large nightstands, a seating area for two with a tv visible from the bed and the sitting area”

  • Indicated how many linear feet of hanging space you would like for each closet for long clothing and for short clothing.  Will built in drawers be used in closets for occupied bedrooms?  If so, how many?

  • How many vehicle spaces in the Garage?
