Day Twenty: Cousteau Renovations

The care and feeding of painters.

Some job sites can be overrun by fast food wrappers and soft drink cups.  Aside from the fact that is shows little respect for ones work, all those carbs will slow guys down.  We are pretty fortunate to have painters that are very careful about what they eat and snack on oranges all day long.

Jose (who has been missing from the last few posts) is still sanding away.  Here you see him and Isaiah working on the plantation shutter in the Kitchen.  Today was "Interior Trim in Agreeable Gray" day.  Well at least in the East and West Halls, the Powder Bath, Kitchen and Breakfast Room.  Omar started at the East end and sprayed his way right along to the West.

Friday's the team wraps up early to head back to their homes and families in Dallas.  So I leave you with Omar applying the first coat of enamel on the custom Pantry in the Cousteau House.  Have a great weekend!
