And so it begins.....
The first round of carpentry is complete, the HVAC systems are now installed and upgraded (start up when the work is complete) and the plumber has arrived. But most importantly, the painting has begun. Build, sand, fill, caulk, prime, sand, fill, sand, spot prime, and then a minimum of two solid coats of enamel. The wood work in this house is headed for a serious spa vacation.
Let's also take this opportunity to say goodbye to the old mailbox. His days are numbered.
Sorry I couldn't resist. Before the paint fumes make me totally loopy, I"m headed back to Dallas for a Client's furniture installation Friday.
