With the failure of the Time Warner cable in the area, I haven't been able to update you on progress since Wednesday. But I found an App for the iPad so here we are. Hopefully, the images will come through.
The walls and ceilings are underway and the change is very dramatic. Everyday brings something new and exciting. It is possible to really see just how wand some this house is going to be.
You can see the ceiling of the Living Room with the glazed beams. You may remember that there are windows high above the Gallery that pour light into the room. The contrast in the West Guest Bath of gray, bronze and cream working with the existing stone is very warm. The built in cabinets in the Family Room and Breakfast Room are complete and ready for cabinet hardware and glass. The West Hall is no longer a sea of Antique White cabinets, walls and trim.
The stencil work begins on Monday in the Master Suite as the walls and ceiling in the rest of the house continue. I can't wait to share it with you. Your comments and questions are always welcome.
